- Liaise with Hiring Managers to understand the recruitment needs and propose suitable solutions with timelines.- Work with other HR Department members to achieve both personal and team goals.- Follow the whole internal recruitment process to fulfill the assignments (360 recruitment process): Updating/customizing job descriptions and requirements, posting job ads, searching, screening, approaching and consulting with candidates, facilitating tests and interviews, collecting and providing feedback, consulting with candidates in the offer phase.- Maintain daily updates of recruitment systems and brainstorm with the team/Managers.- Help new hires onboard

- Receive the recruitment requests from BDMs (Vietnam, Singapore and India) and work closely with them to analyze, gather detailed information and clarify competencies of each positions to facilitate effective recruitment process.- Source, screen and conduct the pre-qualifications via phone with prospective candidates, give out the candidate assessment then shortlist the most suitable ones to arrange interviews for the BDMs before presenting suitable candidates to clients.- Approach and attract applicants by posting ads, cold call,...- Expand candidate pool and mentoring.- Salary research, job board research.- Coordinate presence at career fairs, university events and other events which build relationships with key universities and sourcing networks.
