- Provide full life cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening and interviewing technical talent from entry level to management resulting in 200+ hires a year. This includes hires in the US, Canada, France, and.
- Work with a global team of hiring managers, HRBPs and business leaders to define and document the hiring forecasts, recruitment strategies and projected timelines.
- Adjust hiring processes as needed using hiring data, results, candidate and manager feedback
- Utilize detailed screening tools, technical assessments and both online and offline sourcing tools to attract and develop talent pipeline
- Personally responsible for the coordination and execution of company Hackathons- including but not limited to HackMIT, HACKUTD and HackIllinois
