Process Engineer
Current-Support mold tech development and integrate continuous improvement plans to enhance production-Work closely with the Project Engineers to ensure new tooling is prepped for development-Manage validation efforts (IQ,OQ,PQ) for new molds/programs by working with the Sample Technicians, Tooling Engineers , Quality Engineers, Project Engineers, and the Customers. Validation is done using scientific molding process development tests. This includes thorough documentation and using data driven decisions to build the most robust process for sustainability. -Manage molding processes from “cradle” to “grave”. During that time, create a lessons learned tracker and transfer that knowledge to improve current tooling and/or apply it to new/duplicate tooling.
