Managed the integration and synchronization of maintenance performed by installations Directorate of Logistics (DOLs) and Field Logistics Readiness Centers (FLRCs), as well has national level (depot) maintenance in support of RESET. Performed the integrated material management for Army equipment in support of modularity and Army Forces Generation (ARFORGEN). Conducting analysis of maintenance capabilities and requirements, and make appropriate recommendations to the Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) item managers and Army Field Support Brigades (AFSB) and Logistics Support Elements (LSE) staffs. Recommends maintenance priorities, monitors maintenance operations, and provides maintenance management data and reports. Assist with obtaining needed resources to improve maintenance posture. Providing technical expertise through research into maintenance actions and repair parts availability and expediting repair parts shipments as needed. Works with assigned military work force, and helps assimilate them into executing readiness management in support of the Distribution Management Centers (DMC) mission.

Operated and maintained guided missile launching systems, rocket launchers, gun mounts, ordnance systems and equipment. Trained and supervised subordinates in the use of all types of ordnance equipment; from large caliber guns and missile systems to small arms and crew served weapons; as well as proper maintenance and funding based on data analysis and workload plans. Stowed, secured, requisitioned, and reclassified explosives; operated and maintained magazine flooding and sprinkler systems by working with assigned workforce and assimilating them into executing readiness management in support of the mission. Made mechanical, electrical and electronic casualty analysis using technical publications, circuit diagrams and blueprints; repaired, maintained, tested and calibrated ordnance equipment by providing technical expertise through research into maintenance action and repair parts availability and expediting repair parts shipments. Maintained and serviced hydraulic and pneumatic systems; repaired, maintained, analyzed data, tested and calibrated micro-processing equipment; repaired damaged hydraulic sealing surfaces, mating areas and threads; performed mechanical wire connections including soldering. Qualified instructor; trained over 500 Naval Reserve personnel in naval orientation and general military knowledge.
