o Supervise 2 Full Time warehouse employees and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse. o Work with Project Managers to assure equipment accuracy of their orders and communicate and perform necessary changes to orders when needed. o Make sure that ALL equipment is pulled and barcodes are scanned thru HireTrack Inventory Software for Project Managers or Vendors in a timely manner. o Support Productions Inc's Project Managers or Vendors that are onsite with additional or emergency replacement equipment in a timely manner if needed. o Making sure that all equipment from shows is scanned back to inventory via HireTrack in a timely manner. o Work with internal Project Managers or vendors in recovering missing equipment from shows. o Equipment that is damaged during an event or mishandled in the warehouse is entered into HireTrack along with the appropriate information. All service and repair of the equipment and any additional warranty procedures are handled by Productions Inc In-House Service Department. When service is complete equipment is returned to inventory via HireTrack. o Perform warehouse inventory as need via HireTrack. o Ensure that consumables are in stock for Project Managers or Vendors for their events. o Communicate with all levels of the company in regards to warehouse procedures, equipment in service, purchasing needs. o Receive & distribute daily FedEx & UPS deliveries. o Ensure warehouse is organized, clean and safe. o Oversee loading of 24'trucks and 53' semi trailers are packed and the loads are secured. o Work with driving logistics to make sure drivers have the correct contact and delivery site information. Create Bill of Ladings for drivers that are going out of state. o Work with Ryder Truck Fleet in keeping the (2) 24' trucks maintained. Work with the Service Department in keeping the (2) 15' trucks and company van maintained.
