• Conducted research and statistical analysis on housing insecurity, homeless trends, and toxic lead exposure in Cleveland, eventually contributing to the successful passage of a $30 million County housing program • Analyzed peer government budgeting and structure in an effort to emulate best practices, contributing to a successful ballot initiative to modernize the County Charter.• Assisted council’s consultant on oversight of the County-wide ERP implementation, ensuring the team maintained pace of the project through thorough analytic reports to Council• Streamlined data for all 70+ County Boards & Commissions from disparate sources into one database and then redesigned the website to reflect these efficiencies
