Prior to Windstream, as President & Part Owner of X4 Solutions, led a nat’l master agency from post start up negative EBITDA to multi-million-dollar EBITDA & ultimately a profitable exit for stakeholders. After X4 Solutions was acquired by Sandler Partners in 2016, continued as President of Channel., ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders, retaining 95% of legacy X4 staff/all active sales partners.
