2024 ORBIE award finalist (for tech leaders)I am responsible for the health and evolution of Klick Health’s internal tech ecosystem. My amazing team delivers cutting-edge technology and data capabilities to support business objectives, including building upon Genome, once named a top ten intranet globally. Having 30 years of technology and business experience, I am now embracing GenAI, including being actively involved in AI mentorship programs and committees and leading Klick through the development of value-driven AI solutions and related cultural transformation. I am most proud of my role in Klick Health’s Generative AI transformation. We swiftly transitioned from experimentation to deploying dozens of scalable, production-grade solutions that automate tasks, enhance efficiency, accelerate time-to-market, deliver superior client outcomes, and create new revenue streams. Some tools have revolutionized the way we work at Klick, including one that generates andvalidates regulated marketing assets through an AI + human partnership, significantly reducing delivery speed. Others have transformed our culture, like our powerful no-code platform, which democratizesAI use by enabling Klicksters to self-create AI systems. These tools have positively impacted our employees and clients alike.
