My role as an Educational Technology Specialist leverages skills in software installation, troubleshooting, and computer hardware, honed from the technology experience gained by identifying and resolving electronic and mechanical systems casualties in the US Navy as a weapons systems technician onboard a US naval warship. At Connexion Point, I spear-headed the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) Campaign for Humana, Aetna, and Anthem by developing and implementing new parameters, scripts, and strategies for customer outreach that are used to this day. Through close monitoring of key retention metrics and KPIs, the business saw an increase of agent-client interactions and Risk Assessment completion of more than 300%.My dynamic positions as Technology Specialist, Retention Supervisor, and General Manager have given me ample experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suites, as well as Apple hardware, Mac OS, and iOS troubleshooting and maintenance.
