At Park City School District, the focus is on integrating cutting-edge educational technology to enhance learning experiences. My role as an Educational Technology Specialist leverages skills in software installation, troubleshooting, and computer hardware, honed from the technology experience gained by identifying and resolving electronic and mechanical systems casualties in the US Navy as a weapons systems technician onboard a US naval warship. I developed my customer care leadership background with Connexion Point and Paradise Lagardere by leading teams of 20-30 employees, allowing me to maximize the success of business objectives. Strategic problem-solving and a commitment to excellence define my approach, enabling seamless tech adoption in educational settings. Through leading by example, my goal is to empower both educators and students to embrace change, and to foster an environment where technology meets individual and educational needs effectively.My experience in customer service and retention has been contrived by leading multiple teams throughout various environments. At Connexion Point, I spear-headed the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) Campaign for Humana, Aetna, and Anthem by developing and implementing new parameters, scripts, and strategies for customer outreach that are used to this day. Through close monitoring of key retention metrics and KPIs, the business saw an increase of agent-client interactions and Risk Assessment completion of more than 300%.My dynamic positions as Technology Specialist, Retention Supervisor, and General Manager have given me ample experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suites, as well as Apple hardware, Mac OS, and iOS troubleshooting and maintenance.
