Support the ARCYBER command in providing Systems Engineering Support. Maintains systems and coordinates work activities with engineering staff and other service providers. Monitors and manages system resources to maintain system efficiency. Performs user access functions such as creating user profiles and accounts. In coordination with other support elements, supports system software/hardware maintenance and data backups. Support Information Assurance (IA) activities such as IAVA patching and STIG compliance. As a Mission Manager SME on the HAHIRA contract, provide support as a Subject Matter Expert to joint service elements with regards to being a supervisor and managing a 24/7 mission that handles near-real time geo-location and SIGINT with a target-centric, aperture-agnostic approach providing intelligence (consisting of collection and reporting) directly to the war-fighter.Develop and consistently update the Mission Manager course with regards to the ever-evolving changes in targets, communications technologies, legal rulings and how to abide by them, and effective on-shift government oversight skills in support of tactical and strategic operations throughout a wide range of operating areas.Provide instruction to military and civilian personnel.Provide guidance to leadership on interpretation of policy and regularly request feedback from leadership on ways to improve the course using real-world scenarios to prepare their future Mission Managers.
