Six Sigma Greenbelt CertifiedDuties include project management using ITPM process for a special in house manufacturing execution system called ATOMS ran on a Stratus VOS Continuum Server. This involves design, prioritizing system requests, developing project plan, budgeting, risk analysis, customer agreements, project updates, and customer care plans from initiation through delivery. Other responsibilities include development, maintenance, testing, installation of programs and the creation of customized bar code labels and reports. Projects include the design and development of an automated serialized component tracking system. This system tracks all serialized parts through out the plant as well as keeping track of its inventory. The EASE project is real time graphical process documentation viewed by operators at line side. Other projects include E KanBan, ERP and Six Sigma. Current work includes the design, development and implementation of the Cummins Manufacturing Execution System for the C Block line as well as the Assembly line.

Autumn's Loving Hand is a Nonprofit Organization that provides financial and uplifting assistance to families with children struggling with medical conditions in our local and surrounding communities of Tarboro, North Carolina. Our daughter Autumn, who the organization is named after, was born on December 30, 2002. To celebrate her birth, we went all out decorating the house with hundreds of lights for Christmas. It was amazing the amount of traffic that would come by to see the lights. My wife and I felt so Blessed that we have two healthy children; we decided that every year we would decorate for Christmas and accept donations for children battling with a medical condition. With the help from different sponsors, we have been able to maintain and grow the Christmas display to over 8 acres in the past 9 years and raised over $25,000.00 for children in need.

Evaluating and updating the current date fields with a date that includes a century designation.11/98 - 2/99GM World Wide Product Cost System (WPCS).Working with GM during the SLC phases of Analysis, Technical Design, and Implementation to create Assembly and Component plants by modifying and creating new JCL. Wrote documentation for all procedures used within the WPCS project.2/99 - 6/99Sprint IN331 Pegasus/Librarian Conversion.Working with Sprint during the SLC phases of Analysis, Technical Design, and Baseline Test Plan to create a plan to migrate from one platform to another. The project involves inventory duties, and creating baseline and regression test plans for JCL, Procs, and program modifications. After making those modifications, execute the tests to verify conversion was successful.
