Provide support for the coordination, activation, deployment and demobilization of the response team and specialty teams, personnel, and assets to the incident location.Maintain emergency contact data. Use access to applicable vital agency records to create realistic training and functionally graded drills. Apply systems thinking techniques to improve practice and build the capacity of organizations, programs, plans, networks, and people in complex environments. Regularly participate in support, capture comments from hot washes, after-action reviews, and corrective action activities following response operations and exercises to manage future responses more effectively.
