Work with Sr. Management on talent acquisition to ensure hiring and recruiting to attract quality team members and that practices are proper and in compliance with regulations.Promoting a quality first culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, teamwork, flexibility, and personal development.Work with Quality Director to ensure policies and practices are in place that ensure compliance and proper management of incidents of non-compliance.Serve as an adviser to leadership on employment practices including benefits.
