Based out of Vancouver, Canada, I’m an accomplished business executive and leader with over two decades of experience in the health and fitness industry, specializing in business development, strategic growth, and leading multi-unit premium brick-and-mortar expansion. I've demonstrated expertise in cultivating elite teams, overseeing operations, and forging impactful partnerships, resulting in sustained revenue acceleration and market expansion. As the former President & CEO of Innovative Fitness, North America's largest network of premium personal training studios, I led a team of over 250 employees across 17 locations (corporately owned and franchised) from Vancouver to Toronto, driving the delivery of premium services, including partnerships with luxury brands such as Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton. In addition to my leadership role at Innovative Fitness, our team founded WRKOUT during the COVID-19 pandemic; a digital solution that empowered fitness professionals to manage their businesses effectively and provide personalized protocols and products to drive meaningful results.Beyond my professional pursuits, I have always embraced an adventurous spirit, taking on extreme challenges that complemented my background in fitness. I competed in a 100km run across the Sahara desert, a 225km run across Costa Rica, and have completed over 15 marathons. Additionally, I achieved podium finishes in adventure races and conquered international hikes like the West Coast Trail (in 21 hours), Machu Picchu, and Kilimanjaro. But above it all, I was a part of a team that cycled across Canada and Australia, setting a Guinness World Record and raising over $1.5 million for Juvenile Diabetes.My journey has been extremely rewarding and I am excited to continue to positively impact, inspire and support others on their health or career paths.
