The goal of this research project was to better understand the oxidative degradation that occurs whencapturing CO2 using amine-based capture solvents. During this project I performed several tasks which include: testing different parameters (and catalytic additives like metals) on the CO2 capture solvents, creating new calibration lines to measure the quality of the CO2 end-product.After this project I graduated BSc in Chemistry with a 8.5 as final grade.Reference: Ir. The goal of this research project was to optimize and further define the production and characterization of cyclodextrins (α, β and γ) using different enzymes. The goal of this project was to formulate a new and better metalworking fluid by integrating new/alternative polymers. By extensive testing and experimentation a new product has been formulated that improves upon nearly all facets of a metalworking fluid, but especially lubricity and cleanliness.
