Supply Chain executive and Board Advisor, with relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Consumer Goods, Industrial Products, Government contracting, and Automotive industries.I have built an exemplary track record of success in multiple functions and industries with over two decades of experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management. In my current role as Vice President of Global Sourcing and Procurement with Cardinal Health, I am responsible for leading a comprehensive transformation of the medical products global sourcing organization. My professional career began as an engineer with General Motors, and while there, I transitioned to supplier management. My extensive experience in the healthcare industry includes service with such notable organizations as Bausch & Lomb, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Merck. In addition, I have further expanded my expertise with subsequent leadership roles with Deloitte Consulting and Eaton Corporation.I have deepened my commitment to giving back to my communities through various social actions. Currently, I mentor with a program for youth interested in STEM and serve on The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business Alumni Board. In addition, I had the honor of serving as a member of the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) Board of Directors. I am also a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association.My academic achievements include a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University. I have also completed my MBA with The Ohio State University, as well as executive development at Harvard Business School.
