Lead for Data Governance Organization (DGO), entrusted with the operational management and oversight of Client and Contact data domains within all functions and systems in Genzyme Genetics and LabCorp. Responding to internal and external client inquiries regarding logistics, testing, supplies and other support needs. Analyzing testing information submitted via test requisition and resolving any discrepancies. Ensuring proper documentation in client and patient records. Serving as a client liaison for all medical, technical, sales and support services. Responsible for the communication of relevant results and coordination of appropriate follow-up with the customer. • Evaluating client concerns, complaints and trends and recommending changes to accommodate client needs. Technical lead on client issue resolution and point-of-contact in the event of supervisor’s absence. • Assisted Supervisor with staffing to ensure adequate coverage. Monitored call statistics in telecom system providing feedback. Updated daily/weekly/monthly call stat reports for Supervisor, sending them to Manager of Client Services and Business Process Analyst. • Mentored and trained new employees and assisted Supervisor to ensure on-going competency for the team, served as GeDI Super User/Trainer to develop, test and deliver training for end users on business systems including Siebel and SCC/Soft.
