Responsible for all routine facility mechanical issues: This includes configuration management and master planning of facilities, standards and procedure I provide day to day and first response to all mechanical issues relating to maintenance repair, questions and/or issues from both internal and external customers. Additional duties are troubleshooting the various mechanical systems and components which include: chillers, hot water boilers, air compressors; heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC) equipment; air handlers; cooling towers; fire protection systems; natural gas distribution; compressed natural gas; portable water; and associated storage, plumbing, piping, pumps, meters and valves, water processors for the presses.

I was responsible for the operation, troubleshooting and repairing of large complex electromechanical DDC systems but, not limited to: HVAC circulating hydraulics pumps, emergency generator equipment, central cooling/heating air-handlers, water chemistry and treatment, refrigeration systems, air distribution and control system which included, v.a.v and c.v boxes, heat exchanger, dampers and damper motors
