Responsibilities include:- Repair of electronic equipment, basic testing and board repair- Oversee production testing and repair to insure delivery times are being reached- Oversee testing and repair of incoming repairs from customers- Oversee the incoming and outgoing of repairs from customers- Assign work flow and priorities for each technician and repair admin- Create purchase request for all equipment and replacement parts- Create processes for production testing and incoming repairs from customers- Assist INIT with QA testing - Act as Deputy to the General Manager

Responsibilities include:- Repair all Equipment- Maintaining quick turnaround times for all repairs.- Maintain Inventory of all Equipment and Repair Parts- Research and Create Purchase Requests for all Equipment and Repair Parts.- Pull reports for customers.
