Sports AdministratorRed Rocks Church Aug 2016 - Aug 2020Littleton, Colorado, United States- Implemented data analytics to identify and direct strategic changes to promote organizational growth- Increased the organization’s size by 85% from 2016 to 2019 - Coordinated and managed 38 leagues/events- Recruited and empowered 6 volunteers to lead leagues in order to increase participation volume- Required strong administrative, communication, and leadership skills - Created and designed the new website (www.redrockssports.com)My position as Sports Administrator consisted of a broad range of responsibilities. The bare-bones of my responsibilities was to plan, market, and manage between 10-15 leagues and events throughout a calendar year. My additional responsibilities were ones that I came up with using my interests and creativity to improve the organization. When I joined the Red Rocks Sports team in 2016, I noticed that there was room for improvement in many ways. In December of 2017, we proudly launched the new www.redrockssports.com website! The purpose of this was to attract people who don't go to Red Rocks Church and to create an environment at our leagues that eliminates the "church league" feel. I also started recording data for the first time in the organization's history to record in-depth participation statistics, website traffic, and prepare reports for the Red Rocks Church leadership team to show performance. This played an important role in identifying opportunities for expansion and growth. In the first 9 years (2007-2016) , Red Rocks Sports grew to about a peak of 3000 annual participants. From 2017-2019 we experienced consistent growth. In 2019 we had almost doubled the number of participants from 2016. -

This was done through developing a strong rapport in our initial meeting and understanding their full financial picture and what they want to achieve financially. Based on the conversation, I was able to recommend the best products and services to make sure that they were set up for success. Products and services that I worked with were: checking, savings, and money market accounts, credit cards, safety deposit boxes, personal loans, overdraft protection (lines of credit), Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs), and mortgages with a maturity of 20 years or under. The first 3 months, I went through an extensive training program to learn the position and the products/services that U.S. Bank offers. My favorite part about this job was interacting with clients and developing strong personal relationships. My goal with every client was to develop the type of relationship where we would want to say hi and catch up if we saw each other in public. -

After my first summer with the BP shoe department at Nordstrom, I was asked to come back to work during the winter holiday season, and then the following summer I received a promotion to work as a specialist in all 5 shoe departments. -
Sales RepresentativeVector Marketing Mar 2012 - Jun 2012Littleton, ColoradoAt Vector, I was responsible for building my own client base. The hardest part about working at Vector was maintaining my client base while continuing to build it. In my job, I scheduled meetings with clients and presented Cutco knives. I sold over $3,000 in knives during my time with Vector. The reason I stopped working at Vector was because I was also working full time at Nordstrom and the time I had to follow up and schedule appointments with clients was very limited throughout the day. My favorite part about working with Vector was presenting to my clients. The presentations were always a blast for both the client and me. It normally consisted of comparing knives and cutting up lots of fresh fruit to eat. -

The most challenging part about the job was that I had to effectively manage my time while working at a very fast pace. My favorite part about the job was how I always had something to do whether it was filling waters, delivering food, clearing food, cleaning, or stocking up the work station.
