During my time at Evari GIS Consulting Co., I held various roles including as a GIS Field Technician for the City of Boston Lighting Assessment Project. As a field technician, I utilized the ArcGIS Collector App to conduct on-foot surveys, photographing and measuring lighting fixtures, fire boxes, and street light control boxes. Additionally, I performed photo sifting tasks for the project, which involved reviewing and organizing online-based photographs. Quality control was a crucial aspect of my responsibilities, ensuring that the attributes in our dataset accurately matched the real-world objects. Lastly as part of the QC process, I utilized ArcGIS Online to help conduct a final assessment of the gathered data, verifying the correctness of attribute information and ensuring accurate spatial placement within the project's final map.
