I designed and developed new products to help ensure safe recovery of off road vehicles by using synthetic materials to lower the weight of items the vehicles must carry. As part of the professional services team, I provided one-on-one customer support and served as the customer's main point of contact from start to finish. I pinpointed the necessary actions to take in configuring a customer's zone and all of the smartapps they would use, while utilizing to their feedback to further grow and develop smartapp.com. One of my larger roles at InQuest was to manage the Gilbane Construction solution, a mobile and desktop tool that uses smartapp.com to manage the status and progress of houses being repaired for the NYC Rapid Repairs Program. With a turnaround time of only 2 weeks, our solution provided a 300% increase in efficiency on in closing out properties, thus allowing more families to move back into their homes.I also worked as part of the product development team. I loved having the hands-on ability to create and manage the functional design of the company's flagship smartapp.com software. I assisted UI graphic designers in the creation of UI mock-ups, tutorial videos and wire-frames.

As assistant manager, I hired, trained and supervised employees for a flagship retail store in a well-known boating community. I played a lead role in controlling store inventory, opening/closing and daily operations.As the Mega-Yacht Sales Manager, I focused on large clients, specifically vessels over 100'. I provided one-on-one sales support for everything from personal watercraft inflatables and water sports to hard-to-find lighting and engine hardware. I grew relationships with vendors to provide top-notch service to all clients, from those in local harbors to those in Australian waters.

During my time at Yawgoo Valley, I managed approximately 30 snowboard instructors every season. I taught the Snowboarding ITC Program, a 5-week course for new instructors on the methods and concepts by which to teach their students.
