As the Customer Training Manager at Skilljar, I lead the development and design of Skilljar's own Customer Education program, which helps customers get the most out of our platform and achieve their goals. Successful customers are better for business!I collaborate with various teams across the organization to assess learner needs, develop learning materials and channels, and deliver on-demand and virtual instructor-led training. I also design and build in-product education and support experiences that enable our customers to launch and maintain world-class customer education programs. I hold a Master's of Education degree in Instructional Technology and am proficient with a wide-range of business and design software, which reflect my commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
