Noc Technician Ii
Current- Update, add and delete nodes, applications and services from Orion
- Create and update tickets for all service issues related to hardware, applications and network outages
- Complete daily reports of current company statistics and outages for business partners and management
- Manage telephone bridges and virtual meetings of multi-departmental resources to resolve outages
- Oversee and direct recovery efforts after weekly maintenance to ensure all services are back to normal standards
- Create and maintain procedures for training and reference purposes
