Talent Acquisition – Lead the filling up of vacancies through internal sourcing, overseas recruitment, and local talent acquisition including induction and development. Travelled extensively in Asia particularly Philippines, India, and Nepal for recruitment purposes. Human Resource Management – Under my supervision are the contract and vacation administration, compensation and benefit administration, employee welfare including rewards and recognition program, employee engagement activities, health and work environment, performance management including the appraisal process, and the effective use of the JD Edwards HR module. Provide day-to-day performance management guidelines to managers to enable them to apply appropriate tools and techniques (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary action, etc.) for different situations. Performance Management – Carried out competency mapping, skill inventories, succession planning, balanced scorecard, performance appraisal design and ERP implementation. Establish talent boards to implement the talent management strategy. Training and Development - Identifying specific training needs, developing a training calendar and administering the programs. Initiated Leadership Development and Supervisory Training Programs. Organization Renewal – Successfully introduced the Good to Great Culture (an OD initiative) with 100% impact on the bottom line, introduced the Hay Group method in making job evaluations, job descriptions and feedback surveys, annually helps and assists in the preparation of annual performance bonus schemes.

Lead the full range of HR Services and Administration. Consulting with various company owned businesses on strategic planning and coaching. Working with teams and individuals in designing and implementing strategies to solve complex organizational challenges, utilizing organizational development methods, procedures and tools such as talent and succession management, performance management and recruitment, selection and placement. Continuously seeking ways to improve strategies, structures and systems within companies.

Under the College of Business Administration and College of Industrial Engineering taught various subjects covering business administration, management, human resources and industrial engineering.

Initially started as a Building Manager and then promoted to Human Resources Manager. General Function as HR Manager. Delivering the full spectrum of HR Services comprising of Recruitment and Selection, Human Resources Services, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Payroll. Managed the whole gamut of employee related functions and statutory compliance.
