 Implemented ability to import documents and excel data from excel workbooks to intranet for ability to track and report large amounts of data. Previous method was to have all workbooks in folders and manually parse data as needed. Learned a new language (classic ASP) and database (PostgreSQL) and wrote add-ons using both languages. Assisted in running an equipment test lab while writing C# and VBA applications to help make the test lab run more efficiently.  Designed and wrote a VBA application for engineering reporting which reduced report-writing time from ~5hrs per report to ~15 minutes a report, greatly improving efficiency within the engineering department. Heavily modified existing workbooks for sales by implementing security and auto-generating of data based on inputs to help remove issues of user error. Wrote C# application for engineering which parsed through a 1 gb network drive of excel workbooks, opening each workbook, grabbing specific data, writing to a local workbook and then closing the workbook to gather important reliability data for a new customer. Wrote many other applications and modifications to various departments to improve efficiency and productivity.
