Lingit creates technology to help people communicate with accuracy and fluency. The software tool: Lingdys is a support tool that helps with reading, writing, math and science - and this tool can be used on any platform that the user uses at any time, either on mobile devices or on a PC/Mac. Lingdys supports all main operating systems. When joining Lingit Group as the CTO - my main responsibilities was to consolidate software department cross countries in addition to consolidate software cross acquired companies in the UK.While working as part of the management team, Lingit group was acquired by Texthelp Ltd, so as the CTO - most of my time went to build and consolidate development teams and software cross all companies Texthelp Ltd acquired in 2021. Main responsibilities: - Primary responsibility for delivery of the product roadmap cross brands and products - Responsible for ensuring the strategic company objectives are delivered through the set of all products- Working with the Product Management group within the company to best meet the needs of our existing and new customers through innovation and engineering excellence.- Responsible for improving efficiency, and consistency of user experience by maximising the use of common code and frameworks across products and platforms. - Responsible for ensuring any integration projects across the group of companies are adequately resourced and delivered- Delivery of Customer Service through the management of the support team & minimising support issues through engineering.- Lead, motivate and manage technical teams to deliver the roles responsibilities.- Conduct research to improve the technological assets of a company- Responsible to manage R&D budget, including 3rd party licensing costs - Responsible for the accurate reporting of user acquisition and usage reporting using analytics.

As Head of UX in Sbanken, I had a strategic responsibility to make sure our customers had the best digital banking experience cross all devices, products and services throughout the bank. The department consisted of UX designers, frontend /mobile developers, testers and product owners. We were organised in the Sales and Marketing department but worked cross all departments with customer facing products. The UX department was organised with an amazing team of 12 UX designers – specialised in different competence areas within the UX fields. In addition to being the “home” for UX designers, the department had the responsibility of all FrondEnd (FE) deliveries cross all technical platforms, so our team consisted of 2 great FE product development teams as well. As a department, we were responsible for providing the best User eXperience and user journeys cross devices, products and services in Sbanken. In 2019 the UX department was responsible for changing the Sbanken mobile strategy and introduced more native functionality into the mobile bank - with dedication to the customers UX, we designed and delivered the new Sbanken app which won Ciceros test of mobile banks in 2021! What a team effort!! Other responsibilities include follow up all team members with competence plans, so that the individual team will always be able to deliver the best user-centred services as efficient as possible within their domain responsibility. In addition, we focused on the ability to work as self-organised as possible. My experience as an agile coach helped to make sure that teams continuously learn by doing.

In addition to managing software development teams, my responsibilities were quality assurance, web security within the development life-cycle, change management, communication strategy, give input to the company strategy and budgeting, in addition to recruitment.

As the Global Development Manager, it was my responsibility to onboard new sites to the team. In addition to being the Global Development Manager in itslearning, I was able to work as the Product Owner of itslearning Qwizit mobile app. Here, the key responsibilities where user research, deciding feature development, working with a development team and marketing the new features both internally and externally. Qwizit is a fun quiz app, which gamifies education. Teachers can easily create quizzes, have their students take them in class, and use the results to measure student understanding of the lesson. They can use that knowledge to adapt lessons before the class ends!
