-Support new and existing relationships with customers through post-surgical medical device sales and logistics. -Build internal and external relationships to expand the business and drive revenue. -Create new strategy to improve efficiency of logistics operations for highest patient and customer satisfaction and overall experience. -Create and cultivate patient and customer relationships, automate customer engagement and device operations, meticulously complete all documentation, insurance paperwork, and patient signatures while operating as sole logistics specialist for all medical devices going in and out of the Atlanta HUB.-Support new and existing customer and patient relationships through post-surgical medical device sales and logistics-Manage inventory and shipment of medical devices to and from patients to ensure highest customer experience and quality of post-operative care -Create and implement new strategies to improve efficiency of logistics operations for highest patient and customer satisfaction and overall experience -Create and cultivate patient and customer relationships, automate customer engagement processes and device operations, -Meticulously complete all documentation, insurance paperwork, and patient forms while operating as sole logistics specialist for all medical devices coming to and from the Atlanta HUB. -Integral part in continued business growth and operations with company sales 200% over goal in 2022-Build internal and external relationships to expand the business and drive revenue
