CurrentWorking as a Network Support Specialist at LILP for 4+ years.Got the company to start using online text messaging using TEAMs.Worked as an AD Administrator supporting the Corporate Servers and users in house in an AD hybrid environment with Azure AD online.Played a major role in setting up a new network at a new location for all our system from planning to implementation in downtown Boston Huntington Street.Played a major role in moving all our servers to the Markley Group downtown Boston Data Center.Played a major role moving from a hybrid Microsoft Office AD / Azure configuration to an all cloud Azure AD configuration.Played a major role in planning, configuration and all activities to move our temporary location back into our newly renovated original buildings.Currently working with all technologies in keeping the data secure, user security training, user support, network support and in general all things related to the IT HelpDesk and IT Department.Current Technologies: Office 365, HP Aruba Wireless, Watchguard Firewalls, LogMeIn, Quick Assist, Zoom, TEAMs, Zoom Rooms, AV Systems, Zendesk help desk system, Troubleshooting, ProofPoint user training, some Linux, Windows and Macintosh systems.Currently involved in adding over 2000 users to our systems.Setup and configuration of Windows Servers
