Responsible for product line management and business strategy for Top Mount Refrigerators.

Led implementation of SKU Profitability Project using SAS Office Analytics and Visual Analytics which required gathering data on SKU/Customer level prices, discounts, and costs and creating sustainable monthly processes to maintain data. Also responsible for Promo MAP financial analysis and publication, online MAP enforcement, and new product pricing.

New Product Development for Electrolux and Frigidaire Refrigerators. Lead large scale projects. Scope product cost and investment for new projects, submit investment requests, lead stage gate reviews, lead project tracking meetings, track product cost and quality metrics, lead design reviews, create project schedules, create and track test plan. Lead and survive in matrix organization. Key coordinator between operations, quality, industrial design, marketing, purchasing, and ME&T team.

Right Hand Drive Super Duty Trucks. Directed designs for new tooled parts including wipers, body stampings, leafscreen, and washer bottle to meet unique Right Hand Drive requirements. Interfaced with and traveled to plants and suppliers in US, Mexico and Brazil to verify carryover production, support new model builds, and track tooling progress. Completed product certification for Australia DoTaRS and South Africa SABS.
