Responsible for all operations in the manufacture of custom unmanned remote vehicles used by the military and first responders in both domestic and foreign markets. This includes SWAT, EOD, Hazmat and a variety of custom designed products that are deployed in both civilian and miltary units. These vehicles are instrumental in saving lives and eliminating human presence in hostile and life threatening situations by the use of these unmanned units.

Recruited by the CEO and Management Board to right size the current organization and position the company for profitable and sustainable growth. Responsible for multiple facilities both domestic and international in the manufacture, sales and distribution of satellite communication equipment.Profitability Restoration: Tasked with the restructure of a multi-site all manufacturing operation and to restore profitability. Implemented Lean Manufacturing and developed a customer centric culture. Within 90 days, improved multi-plant productivity 14%, reduced material costs 5% and labor 29% while improving on time deliveries 25%. This effort created positive cash flow and restored the profitability of the organization within 6 months.

I hold total P&L responsibility for the $100M operation with over 200 employees.
