Integrated engineer plans and operations from subordinate organizations to improve greater organizational capability in support of current and wartime operations. Served as the Facility Engineer for Camp Delta and the Brigade Engineer for the Joint Detention Group, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Conducted profession development sessions for both officers and noncommissioned officers on the Army’s Retention Program. Trained three additional duty reenlistment noncommissioned officers on the Army’s Retention Program.
