A seasoned captive practitioner, director and consultant, Malcolm has gathered vast experience over 5 decades working in different domiciles and advising companies and regulatory bodies across the world. Malcolm established Cutts-Watson Consulting Limited (www.cuttswatson.com) with some like minded captive experts to offer advice on all aspects of captive strategy, implementation, operations and business development. His broad exposure to the insurance industry (he was also a relationship manager to a leading FTSE company) enables him to align captive utilisation with an organisation's risk financing and manangement strategies and generate maximum value. Recently he joined forces with RISCS to ratchet up capabilities and global footprint. Malcolm is a thought leader and a spokesman on best practice, emerging trends and captive developments. He was a member of the Captive Review Power 50 in 2013 and 2014 and he was presented with the Outstanding Contribution by an Individual award at the 2015 UK Captive Services Awards Ceremony. He was inducted into the Captive Hall of Fame in January 2017 as one of the 13 inaugural members
