In addition to general senior management activities such as strategic leadership, staff management, etc. I lead a 24/7/365 IT Service Operations capability providing Duty Management, Infrastructure maintenance and monitoring, Event Management, Incident and Major Incident Management, Change Enablement, Service Introduction, IT Continuity/ITDR Management, Access Management & Security Monitoring, Problem Management, End-user Service Desk (including remote, virtual and onsite support), Financial Platform support and Third-party & Delivery Partner Operational Management - amongst many other capabilities.
