Throughout my career my focus on enterprise software sales excellence has shaped me into the leader I am today. Through all of the highs and lows, my experiences building and leading sales teams have been some of the most rewarding both personally and professionally. I love what I do, and I love being a part of great teams. At mesur.io we are building the commercial Go-to-Market organization as we bring innovative SaaS supply chain traceability solutions to enterprise clients. Prior to this, I was the global sales organization leader for Pluralsight Flow, which resulted in a 208% increase in annual recurring revenue and a doubling of LTV/CAC. I am successful only because of the team. We always work together to drive Alignment, Accountability and Urgency in everything we do. And we have a commitment to always driving a great culture ('Logic and GMS'). Leading efforts like the strategic redesign of sales territories, the implementation of innovative sales tools and strategies, and the design and execution of digital and field motions that sustain growth in all stages has provided a great foundation of learning. Building sales enablement motions and RKO/SKO Events to start each year right has taught me that excellence and results begin with the learning and planning phases. Because of this and more and mostly because of my incredible family, the sales organizations and teams I am honored to lead consistently surpass revenue targets and overachieve expectations.
