● Handled sourcing through identification of cost effective suppliers for procurement with the aim of improving quality and reliability; ● Facilitated the migration from manual to computerized stock control system in 2009, thus introduced Pastel Partner 2007 later upgraded to Pastel Evolution in 2013; ● Efficiently reduced the stock-out levels from as high as 45% to as low as 3% within 6 months of implementing the computerized stock control system; ● Collaborated with receiving and production personnel to review inventory levels and ensured ready availability of materials to meet production and dispatch targets
