Check vehicles maintenance history to relate failure history and facilitate the customer as per policy.Observe the failure symptoms to find out the root cause behind the failure.Suggest corrective measures to rectify failure of parts.Prepare Complain investigation report for TATA Motors.Collect the failed parts as evidence to failure.Claim the repairing cost of the vehicle from TATA Motors and settle it down.Prepare monthly reports on most failure parts.

To provide regular maintenance to commercial vehicles.Diagnose and detect problems to provide technical solution.Estimate Spare and Labor to prepare quotation to get approval from corporate customers.Operate web system to update the records of vehicles.To monitor work progress at working bays.Conduct on-site service campaign as a part of Sales Promotional activity.
