Cx Works is a Workforce Development Program at Tech Impact. Colleagues describe them as "After an extremely successful launch of our award-winning ITWorks program here in Las Vegas, Tech Impact has challenged me to launch a completely new program focused on customer experience and computer skills training for call center environments. Our new program is called CXWorks! This program is a much-needed addition to our line-up of non-profit training programs, especially here in Las Vegas, where the call center presence is sizable. CXWorks is a FREE 8-week career development program for opportunity young adults, ages 18-26, who've earned their high school diploma or GED, but haven't yet earned their 4-year college degree. The students will be trained in an intensive classroom environment where they'll learn the details of providing an excellent customer experience, while sharpening their computer and business soft skills. Students will have the opportunity to earn a customer experience certificate, network with industry professionals on a regular basis and partner with CXWorks to secure job placement before and after graduation. Like ITWorks, our new program is supported by some of the most influential and successful companies in Las Vegas. These established relationships in the call center industry give our CXWorks students the best possible opportunity to begin a rewarding career with endless possibilities!
