As an EA, I manage calendars of the overall program office, and 2 Senior leaders. Besides the management of very rigorous schedules, I coordinate events and travel agendas for major program efforts. I am in communication and build a strong rapport with the various external military and industry stakeholders. I manage client travel, booking through a military defense travel system, where I create travel authorizations and reconcile vouchers, as well as work with outside agencies, such as SATO and airlines/hotels/car rental offices, in coordinating travel. I work with program divisions to ensure leadership has read aheads and supporting documents to prepare them for high level and sometimes classified meetings. From 2006-2016, I worked in Office Management for over 10+ years, specializing in student and employee records management, hard copy and electronically through various database systems, i.e., SSIS, Synergy, TimeTrex Workforce and HR cyber ap. Design and generate reports using Crystal Reports business intelligence application, incorporated into company's Sharepoint and Staffnet. Assisted in human resource functions, such as time keeping, sick/personal/vacation leave management, mileage submission and workman's compensation/fmla tasks. Managed four principal budgets of $30,000, purchasing and reconciling through applications such as SunTrust Enterprise Spend platform, Sharepoint Budget ledgers and Munis.
