More over, in-charge of designing the premium and exquisite product design with original design that able to contribute the sales of other verticals, to be feature in Kian Design Studio. Be the key person to liaise with external designers of product designing for Kian Design Studio. In-charge of designing for wide product range focusing for BAREKA as in bar, restaurant and cafe by providing total solution to our clients worldwide. From design concept, to presenting design proposal to our international contract furniture clients, to prototype making, liaise directly with factories, till the finished product that able to launch in the market with studies of product structure engineering and quality checking. Design Judge for Axiata Leadership Development Programme 2021- I was honored to be re-invited by Axiata Group Berhad to be one of the design judges to evaluate the design and idea of the participants for sustainable household products along with the top management of Axiata.Lecio at Totals Outdoor Sdn Bhd as the master distributor in Malaysia for a few of well known brands of furniture from oversea. I'm as the only designer in this company, assist in design proposal for project based, assist to design product specification drawing, redesign the company website with e-commerce features, redesign for showroom display in order to increase sales, content creator, photographer for marketing material shooting, etc.With my working experiences and skills set, I'm working towards independently by providing design solution as accordingly in this role.

Winner for Best Credit Card Design in Malaysia : Alliance Bank Visa Infinite 2020by RinggitPlus Awards 2020 Reader’s ChoiceMaline Initiative Sdn Bhd is an ecommerce company which selling mainly home living furniture. My role as the design director, is to choose the sellable furniture from local manufacturers to be our SKU. Under my supervision, there are total 5 design members in supporting to create 3D modelling based on the chosen furniture design, create lifestyle visual with interior design in order to give an idea of how the furniture able to be place at their home. To create SKU content with each product unique selling point for listing in Lazada and company main webpage. To maintain good relationship with a few local manufacturers while liaising to get product info like dimension, price, material used, etc. Besides, I'm also involve in furniture sourcing for other product category. There were a few facebook livestream under my arrangement that succeed with drawing traffic consumer to our webpage, especially for massive campaign like 11.11, 12.12 & also festive Christmas.As the pioneer management employee, I'm experienced in self-employment to expending the team with no limit to only design team, but other department as well.
