Cyndi is currently the Manager of Planning, Design, and Construction with Parks, Open Space, and Cultural Arts for Adams County managing capital improvement projects inspiring and enhancing the community within parks, trails, open space, and facilities. Previously, she was the Manager of Planning, Design, and Construction with the Facilities department managing the strategy for planning and implementing Countywide capital improvement projects and overseeing the Project Managers. She joined Adams County in 2019 as a Project Manager working on multiple projects from master planning, space utilization, and tenant finish to design and ground-up development. Her skills in strong communication and detailed project management leads the partnership with stakeholders, vendors, and teammates. Cyndi refocused her career path from solely brokerage to providing facility and project planning for Mental Health Partners (MHP) in 2015. Charged with the design and implementation of clinic and administrative space for the many programs of MHP, she headed the construction and real estate coordination of all aspects from acquisition, design details, and organizing moves Company-wide as well as supervising the Facilities team. She continued to represent MHP for a short time after her employment in brokerage transactions, disposition of properties, and capital construction projects. Cyndi joined Health Connect Properties in 2003 as a property manager and leasing agent for medical office buildings and then changed her focus to leasing and marketing the Company’s portfolio from 2007-2015. Her experience made her knowledgeable about healthcare real estate trends and providing analytic studies. She is skilled in marketing and demographic research, site evaluations, occupancy comparison, and feasibility analysis for all types of brokerage transactions, including leasing, development, and sales. She has been involved in all aspects of real estate projects from budgeting and construction to negotiating leases and purchase/sale transactions. She was instrumental in providing thorough, accurate and timely information to prepare marketing materials and leasing activity reports and various consulting assignments, as well as preparing business proposals. Cyndi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Colorado at Denver. She earned her Colorado Real Estate License in 2002. She also achieved the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2008.
