The Senior People and Culture (P&C) Recruitment Specialist will use current and innovative practices to both engage and attract top talent. The Senior P&C Recruitment Specialist will collaborate to strategize and deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reinforce the norms and values of Adams County. This position will serve as the resident expert in for the applicant tracking system (ATS) and onboarding platform. The Specialist will develop and implement Adams County’s recruitment strategies to leverage the most impactful and innovative resources and platforms.
