2016-2019: Designed and developed quality training platforms for the rollout of a new ERP system, Microsoft AX. Utilized e-learning resources and other technical training resources such as Articulate and Camtasia to encourage learning and embrace change. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to craft training for over 1,000 employees nationwide.2019-2020: Designed and developed classroom, virtual and eLearning training within Human Resources. Worked with Subject Matter Experts to address learning gaps and promote change management. Used project management skills to assist in the implementation of Workday Learning Management System.

To manage the call center new hire program from start to finish. This includes reviewing resumes, interviewing top candidates and on-boarding the new hire. Once the candidate becomes an employee, my position transitions to that of the trainer. I work with each new hire to ensure they are fully prepared for the position. Once the new hire transitions into his/her role in the department, my job then becomes that of a coach and mentor via the Quality Program manager. For those that aren't able to apply the skills and knowledge provided during the 3 week training program, I also work closely with the management staff to devise an exit strategy for individuals. In addition to my job responsibilities, I'm also the United Way Chairperson for the company. In this role, I manage the corporate campaign season as well as our annual Golf Tournament. In all avenues, I work closely with leadership, develop and execute plans to help individuals and/or programs to succeed.

As a contractor, I worked with management staff to evaluate the effectiveness of the SAP tutorials. I also provided input the content for the SAP tutorials for end-user application. Assisted in scheduling 60,000 hours of training for Hallmark Project Horizon and managed customer needs related to the training project.

During my 18 year tenure with ACI, I worked in a variety of roles. My focus, from July of 1997 until my departure was focused on learning and development. I started my training career working with our Investor call center team. As a team, we provided classroom delivery training to hundreds of new hires annually. We designed and developed engaging classroom education. My next focus was to expand my skills into management. I spent the next several years in the Retirement Plan Education section of the company. I managed a team of 20 call center reps as well as went on the road delivering plan participant meetings. I worked closely with HR Benefit managers to craft presentations designed to encourage and motivate plan participants to get involved with their retirement plan. My last learning and development role with ACI crossed into the Third Party business. Our team re-designed the training platform for the department. We used current technology at the time to use videos to educate instead of 100% classroom facilitation.
