The project took one year to develop and implement.• Led the business analysis effort, eliciting requirements from local and remote business and technical units.• Validated the analysis with finance, technical, business and executive stakeholders.• Developed the Business Requirements Document (BRD).• Served as liaison between business units and technical teams providing support for questions and resolving issues during development and implementation. • Defined and executed quality assurance and user acceptance testing.• Created user documentation and led training sessions for the new functionality.• Lead role in an overnight Go-Live cut-over to conduct smoke-testing before stores opened for business.The Alliance Data loyalty program for Draper’s retail stores allowed customers to sign-up for a loyalty card and use it to pay for their purchases thru the Draper’s point-of-sale (POS) system. The implementation of loyalty functionality, additional reports and data transfers to Alliance Data helped grow the program in the brick-and-mortar channel by 78% over a 2 year period.• Led the requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and testing effort with Alliance Data, an outside vendor, as well as internal business units and technical teams to add loyalty program functionality to the Draper’s point-of-sale (POS) system.Partnered with Bluestem Brands to analyze the PCI compliancy of Draper’s point-of-sale (POS) system and store operation procedures for credit card payment processing.• Participated in PCI compliancy meetings with Bluestem Brands security office to analyze the changes needed for the point-of-sale (POS) system and developed the functional specifications for the technical team.• Assisted the store operations team to update policies and procedures for store employees.

This system did not have brick-and-mortar functionality available and had to be developed. This project took one year to implement and then experienced many custom enhancements for several more years.• Played a lead role with the Orchard Brands integration team and internal business partners in mapping out the database schema between the two systems and developing the functional specifications for the technical team.• Elicited, analyzed, and documented requirements.• Provided support and consultation to the technical teams.• Defined and executed quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance (UAT) testing.The Manhattan Associate’s Warehouse Management system integration project replaced the CWDIRECT warehouse management system for handling shipment of catalog and web orders and distribution of inventory to Draper’s retail stores.• Provided consultation for data mapping and system process changes that would affect how Draper’s point-of-sale (POS) system would receive inventory updates.Led design, development, testing, training, and documentation for the Draper’s JAVA based point-of-sale (POS) system.
