Responsible for the coordination of the candidate recruitment and employment functions for all Allied Health departments. Filled call center customer service representative training classes two months ahead of schedule.

Placed on a contract position at First Independence Bank as a HR Consultant. Provided support to the business that included recruiting, selection and staffing, updating and revising the company performance appraisal forms and internal posting documents.

Provided comprehensive Human Resource support to business units that included recruiting, selection and staffing, employee and labor relations, job evaluation, training compensation, and benefits.
