•Responsible for 35 customer portfolios, including issuing purchase orders, filing UCCs, compiling and maintaining asset lists•Maintain Vendor relationships with over 50 vendors from various fields (IT, Capital, Medical)•Prepare all required documentation (including lease schedules, riders, incumbencies, acceptance, assignments, etc) and facilitate proper execution•Verify economics of deals before documenting to ensure debt rates are current and calculated rents meet required PV•Calculate, document, and report tax information based off individual state/country requirements•Act as liaison for client between all departments (sales, credit, accounting, and vendors)•Create custom excel spreadsheets based on individual customers reporting needs, work with accounting team on custom invoicing procedures•Prepare documentation for outside funding, meeting the individual requirements of multiple banks, while complying with specific internal bank regulations•Ensure files are complete, including all required documentation, reports, and backup, and maintain readiness for audits•Comply with federal banking regulations as well as internal operating procedures, and complete ongoing regulatory courses and tests•Use multiple asset management systems to analyze data for various reports

Establish contact with prospective residents to lease available apartments and townhomes, and follow up on inquiries for our property.Prepare and complete new leases/paperwork, and renew leases for current residents.Field concerns from current residents regarding maintenance/property issues, and follow up to make sure they are taken care of.Assist with day to day operations by maintaining updated traffic logs, market surveys, vacancy reports, and necessary paperwork.

I interned with the advertising deparment at CBS. I worked on media programming, station promotions, and I assisted account executives with their daily tasks. I also had the chance to work with the station's clients and customers, and I managed the database for an upcoming project.
