I have been a trainer in the fitness industry for 10 yrs. however today, I have created an official entity to fully stand on my own. i will be doing this in conjunction with my other endeavors.

Certified Fitness Instructor/Coach. I continue to obtain fitness certifications while participating in Continued Learning programs to keep up to date on the industry and acquiring new ideas and concepts to working with individuals on their fitness journey.

After many years in the United States Marine Corps, Urban Terrain’s owner, Amy Hopkins, began working as a land surveyor. After 20 yrs in the industry she created her own business. Amy Hopkins is a professional land surveyor with dual licensing in both Pennsylvania and New York. She has extensive experience working with large commercial developers as well as industrial and residential clients, most recently working with several energy corporations to provide permitting and surveying services. Amy coordinates projects with land managers, regulatory specialists, geologists and drilling engineers to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects. Mindfulness of the best interests of surface and mineral rights owners is a priority for Amy. She is highly skilled in ALTA/NSPS land title surveying and has provided expert witness testimony for boundary disputes. Has been named PA 2016 Surveyor of the year.

Acted as first point of contact with tenants, vendors and contractors; was responsible for promoting, establishing and maintaining positive relationships and supporting the property and site managers throughout daily operations; resolved conflicts and provided solutions that coincided with the goals of the community; worked with entire management team to establish appropriate operating procedures and confirm all operating guidelines are in accordance to all state and federal laws and regulations, was responsible for constructing, implementing and enforcing, new operating procedures. All documentation was maintained and tracked on-line. All residents participating in the HUD program had to have income re-evaluated annually through the Federal Software.• Successfully completed the Assisted Housing Manager training course, provided by HUD conducted at Duquesne University. I am excited to start a new adventure! Beginning Monday, November 10, 2014 I will be working at KASTO, Inc. as a Sales Support Specialist.

My 7 month journey with KASTO, Inc. has been an educational one thus far. After recently being promoted to Marketing/Customer Support Manager, I have new adventures and opportunities opening. I am meeting a lot of wonderful people and gaining new experiences while having an opportunity to explore talents I already possess but was unaware. From August 2001 until June 2014 I held a multitude of professionalpositions within Crivella West. Because our company focused on providing clients with proprietary technical and process expertise with advanced technology in various verticals (such as legal, scholar and risk management), our team members' ability to execute simultaneousroles often times was critical. Some of the higher level roles I successfully fulfilled were: Customer Support Manager where I not only started the department but aided in staffing, training and responsible for the overall success of the team for a 24/7 operation; Client Development (Account Executive) Manager where I wasresponsible for all client communications, contract compliance, and training/technical support with extensive on call responsibilities; Entry level Operations Manager being tasked with restructuring the company's corporate communications as well as the operating protocols and procedures; and Sales Development Manager, where I was responsible for creating a list of prospective clients, solidifying a rapport with existing clients, client visits, demonstrations andtraining of proprietary technology and representative for the company at a variety of litigation and technology related trade shows across the United States.
