I am a U.S. History Teacher at Texas Leadership Charter Academy (TLCA), where I engage and inspire students to learn about the past, present, and future of our nation. I have a master's degree in administrative leadership from Angelo State University, and I am currently pursuing another master's degree in student development in higher education. I have 2.5 years of teaching experience, and I seek to collaborate with other educators and stakeholders to enhance the quality and impact of education.My core competencies include communication, problem solving, and attention to detail. I use these skills to create effective lesson plans, deliver engaging lectures, and assess student learning outcomes. I also participate in professional development activities within the Concho Cadre, a leadership program that connects educators with community leaders. My goal is to empower my students to become critical thinkers, active citizens, and lifelong learners.
