  • Complete development of five new labs, lectures, reports, and assessment tools for Natural Science Biology and Principles of Biology I, using Inquiry-Based education practices• Collects and monitors student feedback and evaluates lab materials and ideas• Communicates feedback as reports and answers emails regarding student needs• Tests new labs, lectures, and assessments for accuracy, feasibility, reliability, and readability, as well as structure, timing, and equity• Assists coordinator in assessing, editing, and testing changes in lab courses to ensure standards as General Education courses• Assists in training new teaching assistants, provides feedback on teaching methods, and works with coordinator to scaffold learning at all teaching levels.• Resolves issues through active listening and open-ended questioning, escalating major problems to coordinator.• Teaches undergraduate course labs, including accelerated summer session courses, and answers questions verbally via email and Teams call.
