This position is to support the day to day office duties and work with the Executive Director to develop and expand program operations for Rebuilding Together Hartford that repair the homes of low-income seniors and people living with a disability so that they may live in a safety, warmth and independence. This includes project coordination, program and resource development’ relationship building within the nonprofit, housing and provider community and data collection and management to strengthen the over-all organization so that we may continue to grow and improve our service to Hartford homeowners. The Program Coordinator will work with a variety of populations including homeowners, volunteers, sponsors and donors.

To supervise the work and activities of others while meeting the production goals of the organization. Recommend and train staff on all new procedures and computer programs and handle routine backups of the system. Create departmental macros and/or templates to be used as a tool for production needs.
